- Basic technical data that any website receives when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. Our hosting provider and font provider process this to deliver the site.
We don't ask for health information, and we don't sell or rent your personal information.
How we use it
- To email you about SYNCD's launch, products, offers, and news about our mission.
- To keep the site running, secure, and working properly.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who handle data on our behalf, only to run this site and our emails:
- Klaviyo, which stores our email list and sends our emails.
- Netlify, which hosts this website.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when it does.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

This site doesn't currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

- Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us at [privacy@drinksyncd.com]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we'll honor those requests.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of that so we don't email you again. We delete other information when it's no longer needed.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and our products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.
